What the Assist app does
The Assist app puts your 24/7 Roadservices membership on your phone. Request roadside assistance in a few taps and the app sends your GPS position to our operations centre, so there is no guessing at cross streets or landmarks when you are somewhere unfamiliar. You can view your plan, check what your membership covers, see your renewal date and keep your vehicle details up to date without having to call.
Why members use it
Giving an accurate location is the single biggest factor in how quickly a provider reaches you, and the app removes that problem entirely. It also keeps your membership number in your pocket, which is exactly what our operators ask for first. Everything is stored against your existing account, so nothing changes about the cover you already have.
