If you have broken down, call the emergency line on 1800 008 616. It is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by our Australian based operations centre, and we dispatch the nearest available provider from a network of more than 1000 repairers nationwide. Have your membership number, your vehicle details and your location ready so we can get help moving straight away. Common callouts include flat batteries, flat tyres, running out of fuel, keys locked in the vehicle and towing after a breakdown.

If you are enquiring about a business or white label program, our team can talk you through branded roadside assistance for insurers, financiers, fleets and dealerships.
