What's covered by Mobility Scooter Roadside Assistance
A flat battery, a puncture or a motor fault can leave you stranded a long way from home. Our Mobility Scooter plan covers you Australia wide, 24 hours a day, with an Australian based operations centre answering every call. If your scooter cannot be repaired where it stops, we arrange towing of up to 30 kilometres to your home or to a repairer of your choice, and we contribute to your transport costs so you are not left waiting by the roadside.
Who the plan is for
The plan suits anyone who relies on a mobility scooter for shopping, appointments and getting around the neighbourhood. Cover starts 48 hours after you join, includes four service calls a year, and costs $79 a year with no joining fees and no hidden charges. Lost or locked-in keys are covered by the same towing benefit. Claim limits apply and are set out in full in the Terms and Conditions below.

Members call one number and speak to a real person who dispatches the nearest available provider from our national network. Have your membership number and your location ready and we will keep you updated until help arrives.
